The haunted sanatorium

As we walked down the cold dark halls of the 3rd floor we could see shadows. They were  short,maybe 4' we saw them dart out from one of the darken rooms, quickly dissapearing into another dark room across the hall. As we slowly walked , just as we came infront of door way into one of the old rooms, there was a loud screaming ! It sounded as if it were right beside us, we jumped 3' in the air. Both are flash lights swung around into the dirrection of the screams, as soon as our lights light up the dark room, the door across the hall slamed shut, hard! The echo was deafening. Shari screamed, grabed me so hard I nearly fell. As i looked in that direction my flash light started to flicker. I 'm telling you i was seriously considering turning and running out as fast as i could but instead i moved as fast as i could grabed the door riped it open and ran inside...more to come later..
